In Flow → Shows, open Show Library. Choose All Shows or a folder to browse the saved Shows for the Working Band. The selected folder is remembered, and the compact list scrolls internally after three Show rows so the selected Show details stay visible.
Work with saved Shows
Select one Show to view its detail card. Use Select All and multi-select to move Shows to a folder or delete the selected Shows. Preview, Edit Show, PDF preview/share, and Sheets to Follow all use the same saved Show.
Save Show creates a new record for a new Show or updates that same Show later. It keeps Show details, Sets, Groups, Song order, breaks, alternates, and encore together. Use Regenerate when you want Flow to make another arrangement from the same Event Details and Rule Preset.
Choose Sheets to Follow to select the saved Show for Sheets Flow Mode. It changes the active performance selection, not the Show contents.
