Open Flow → Songs to manage the Songs used by the selected Working Band’s Shows. Choose Add Song to create one. New Songs begin with lightweight defaults of 123 BPM and 3:33 duration so you can replace those values quickly.
Organize Songs
Use folders, search, Select All, multi-select, Move to Folder, Edit Selected, and Delete to organize your library. Moving or editing a Song keeps its stable Show and chart links intact.
Import Songs from Sheets
Choose Flow → Import Songs → From Sheets to make Flow Songs from chart information already in Sheets. The chart remains owned by Sheets; Flow owns the new Song.
You can also begin in Sheets. During chart import, use Flow Integration to create a Flow Song or link an existing one. In a new chart, turn on Create Song in Flow Library. For an existing chart, open Chart Details and choose Choose Flow Song. Multiple Charts can link to one Flow Song. Your Sheets charts remain personal, so one chart can link to Songs in more than one of your Bands.
Copy a Song to another Band
Use Copy to Band when a Song should also exist in another Band. ShowGen creates an independent target Song with new local identity and keeps source provenance to avoid accidental duplicate copies. Shows and folders are not copied, and later edits do not synchronize automatically.
Tempo during performance
Pulse can use a live tempo without changing the Song. Choose Save Tempo to Song only when you deliberately want the current live BPM written back to the Flow Song.
