Sheets

Import and organize Charts, edit Chart Details, and perform Sheets Setlists independently of Flow.

Applies to: ShowGen 1.0 · Updated: 2026-10-04

Sheets is your personal Chart library and an independent Setlist performance workspace. It works without Flow Songs, a Flow Show or a Band. Optional links let the same personal Chart support Songs in more than one Band.

Add and organize Charts

Use + → New Chart for a text chart, Import Chart for files or folders, or Scan Chart on a supported iPhone/iPad to capture paper pages. Search, browse folders, or filter All, Recent, Flow Linked and Sort by Artist. Review imports before adding them.

Open Info / Chart Details for Title, Artist, Tempo, Key and Notes. Use Edit Chart for the chart’s editable content and Sketch for annotations. Text/ChordPro editing and scanned/PDF layout editing are different workflows; a scan does not automatically become fully editable lyrics.

Perform a Sheets Setlist

Open Setlists → New Setlist, name it, Add Charts, arrange the order and save. Choose Perform on a saved Setlist. Swipe right-to-left for Next or left-to-right for Previous, or use the arrows. NEXT UP names the next Chart; the last one shows END OF SETLIST. Edit Setlist lets you adjust the running order without ending the performance.

Leave Flow Mode off for an independent Sheets Setlist. Starting Flow Mode ends the Sheets Setlist session; exit Flow Mode before starting another independent Setlist.

During import, Flow Integration can create a Flow Song or link an existing one. For existing Charts, use the Flow link controls or the selection action Create Flow Song + Link. Review the destination Band or Personal Library. A Chart can keep links to multiple Songs; several Charts can link to one Song. Choose Make Main Chart for the Chart used when following that Song.

For a Flow performance, select a saved Show with Sheets to Follow and enable Flow Mode. Sheets resolves linked Charts for the Band that owns the Show. A missing link stays visible and can be resolved through Link Chart or No Sheets Chart Linked.

Tempo and floating tools

With Flow Mode off, a Chart’s saved Tempo can set the Pulse Metronome BPM without starting or stopping it. A Chart without Tempo leaves BPM unchanged. The metronome’s + offers a confirmed save back to the Chart when available.

Presentation → Widget View selects floating-tool launchers. Pulse Metronome, Ears Mini Window and Trigger Device/BopPad Mini are independent of Flow Mode Transport, which appears only while Flow Mode is on. Workspace Settings covers moving, locking and temporarily hiding widgets.
