Choose the Working Band on Home, then open Flow → Band. The Band profile and roster are on the same page. Edit Band details or add a performer; open a performer to edit their instruments, repertoire and active state.
Peer membership and invitations
Band members are peers; there is no public owner/admin hierarchy. Invite, Re-invite, Remove Member and Leave Band concern the targeted membership, not ownership of the shared library.
Delivery Email and contact details do not establish membership on their own. Use Invite or Re-invite for the intended existing performer. The recipient signs in and accepts membership; Band Sync then supplies current shared Band Flow data. No setup package or content selection is required.
Membership status comes from the ShowGen account/Band binding, not roster presence alone. Refresh to check status. A deliberate Re-invite reuses the same PerformerID/binding where it matches; do not add a duplicate performer.
Remove Member and Leave Band
Any active member may remove another active member. An active member may leave the Band. Both actions end that membership’s online access without deleting shared Songs, Shows, Rules, other members or historical performer references.
Band archive is separate from membership removal. Archiving denies further online Band access but does not publish Flow deletes. Personal Charts and Sounds remain personal.
Work with another Band
Switch Working Band on Home. Each Band’s shared Flow data has its own authority and membership. Band Sync is separate from personal iCloud sync and local ECHOSystem / Flow Mode sessions.
