Flow owns the planned performance for the Working Band: its Band profile, roster, Songs, saved Shows, and Rule Presets. Select the Working Band from Home; Flow uses that one selection rather than offering another Band chooser.
Songs and Shows
Open Flow → Songs to create and organize the Songs that your Working Band’s Shows use. Open Flow → Shows for the Show Library, saved Show details, and new Show actions. Open Band to manage the Band profile and roster together.
Choose New Show, enter Event Details, then choose either Generate Show or Create Manually. No Rules is a valid Generate Show configuration. Both choices use the same normal Show model and the same Show Editor.
Use a saved Show in performance
Saving preserves the Show details, Sets, Groups, Song order, explicit Set Breaks, alternates, and encore structure together. Choose Sheets to Follow on a saved Show to make it the active source for Sheets Flow Mode. That selection does not rewrite the Show.

Follow the current navigation
The main Flow areas are Band → Shows → Songs → Rules / Generate. Start in Band to review your roster, use Shows for performance plans, Songs for the populated Song Library, and Rules / Generate for the preferences used to shape a Show. The ShowGen logo returns you to Home.
Flow is local-first: prepare Songs and Shows in the selected Working Band. Members are peers. Normal Invite/Re-invite establishes or restores membership; Band Sync keeps shared Band Flow data current. Remove Member and Leave Band end the targeted membership’s access without deleting shared Band data. Personal Flow uses its own authenticated synchronization scope; applicable private iCloud sync is separate. Your personal Sheets Charts remain separate from the Band-owned Songs they link to.
