Start in Shows
Open Flow → Shows for the Working Band’s saved Shows and the New Show action. The current navigation is Band → Shows → Songs → Rules / Generate; older captures may call this area Engagements.
Choose New Show, enter Event Details, then choose Generate Show with Rules or No Rules, or Create Manually. Both routes lead to the same Show Editor.
Review, save and share
Select a saved Show to see its details. Preview, Edit Show, PDF preview/share and Sheets to Follow act on that selected Show. Saving a new Show creates a record; saving later edits updates that Show. Do not treat Save as an automatic version archive.
Use Regenerate to make another arrangement from the Event Details and Rule Preset, then review it before saving. Sharing/export is a deliberate transfer of the selected material, not ongoing synchronization.
Choose the performance Show
Choose Sheets to Follow on the saved Show. Sheets Flow Mode then uses that ordered Show and resolves its linked Main Charts. The selection does not rewrite the Show. See Show Library and Flow Mode.
Enable Flow Mode from Flow’s toolbar or by holding the Flow icon. Share Show and Band Updates covers explicit Band/Crew PDF, text and structured Show transfers. Band members are peers; ongoing shared Band Flow changes use Band Sync.
