Start with the current engagement
Open Flow → Engagements to work with the current engagement first. Its details and working Show appear at the top. Past Engagements and Saved Shows remain available below in their own collapsed sections, so older work does not get in the way of the performance you are preparing.
Choose Edit Details to update the engagement before generating. Select Generate Show to make a working Show from your current songs and rules. You can then use Edit Show to adjust the order and sets before saving.
Save versions, preview, share, and regenerate
Save Show creates a saved version. Earlier saved versions remain available; saving a new version does not overwrite them. Preview is read-only and shows that saved Show exactly as it will be used, including song order and breaks. Use Share to export the selected saved Show. Trash removes only the selected saved Show, not the engagement or your Song Library.
Regenerate makes a new working draft for the engagement. Review or edit the draft, then save it if you want to keep it as another version.
Choose the active performance Show
Use the large Sheets control in Current Engagement to select the saved Show for the performance. That selection is the one exact Show used by Sheets Show Mode, Pulse, and ECHOSystem. The control confirms when the selected Show is active; it does not change the Show’s content.
