Why is Flow Mode Transport missing?
It is available only while Flow Mode is on. Select a saved Show with Sheets to Follow, enable Flow Mode from Flow, then check Presentation → Widget View → Show Flow Mode Transport. Turning Flow Mode off dismisses it. Use Pulse Metronome for independent timing.
Why did all my floating widgets disappear?
If Tap to Hide/Show Widgets is enabled, tapping an inactive page background temporarily hides the visible widgets. Tap again to restore them, or turn the option off in ShowGen Settings. Playback and saved widget layout are not reset. Check Widget View if an individual launcher is missing.
Why can I not scan a Chart on Mac?
Scan Chart uses the supported iPhone/iPad document camera. On Mac, import a PDF or image. On iPhone/iPad, check camera permission if scanning is unavailable. OCR is optional after capture; it is not required to keep a clean scanned Chart.
Why do chords on a scan not transpose?
Open Chart View → Apply OCR, then review the recognized chords and set the correct Chart Key. Use Chord Display for transposition/capo. Remove OCR returns to the preserved clean page. OCR does not convert every PDF into editable lyrics.
Why does Up Next say Set Break?
The sequence includes a break between non-final Sets. Advance once for Set Break, then again for the next Song. It is normal, not a missing Chart. Automatic breaks are not extra saved PDF rows; explicit breaks added in Show Editor are.
Why are follower Previous and Next disabled?
The Host must enable Allow Followers to Control Flow Mode Transport. Loop triggering and setlist edits have separate permissions. Followers cannot take over the Host role. Eligible remote Loop audio plays on the Host; One Shots and unassigned remote pads are unavailable.
Why does a Loop start quietly or wait?
Check Loop Trigger: Next Bar queues a start; Immediate applies it at once. A queued start retains the original strike strength. Also check MIDI velocity response, Loop Velocity, Accent Strength, pad level and Samples Master. See Pad Configuration and MIDI.
Does onboarding share my entire setup?
No. Invite / Re-invite → membership → Band Sync is the normal path. Membership onboarding does not transfer a selected setup package, Charts or samples. Band Sync supplies and keeps shared Band Flow data current. Explicit manual Show/PDF/text sharing and backups are separate actions; personal Charts and Sounds remain personal.
Do I need to sign in or verify Account Email again?
Local work with verified subscription access does not require a ShowGen Account. Online invitations use Sign in with Apple; Account Email is optional. After normal invited-user installation, continue with the pending invitation in the app rather than repeating email verification. See Band Onboarding.
Why is Ears not controlling my mixer?
Confirm that Demo Mode is off, the supported X32/M32 is reachable on the same local network, and the mixer address and intended monitor bus are correct. Demo Mode does not send commands. A restored Ears layout does not reconnect the console or restore its live mix.
Why is subscription access unavailable?
Open General Settings → Subscription and use Check Subscription Again or Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Reconnect to the Internet if verification cannot complete. An expired, revoked or still-pending purchase does not grant access; a temporary catalog failure does not erase an already verified entitlement within its verified access period. Read Subscription and Purchases for management, offer codes and offline behavior. Access loss does not delete Profiles, libraries or Band data.
How do I delete my ShowGen Account?
Use General Settings → ShowGen Account → Delete ShowGen Account and read the destructive confirmation. Follow the app’s retry/progress instructions if cleanup cannot complete.
